Getting Started

How do I set up my company account?

Start by adding locations in the 'Locations' tab of your admin dashboard. Fill in the name and address for each work site. The system will generate a unique QR code for each location that you can print and place at the entrance.

How do I invite my first employee?

Go to the 'Employees' tab in your admin dashboard. Add the employee's name and email, and the system will provide a unique invitation link or temporary credentials to share with them. Employees can log in from any device — no app installation required.

How do employees track their time?

Employees open their phone camera (no app needed), point it at the QR code at their work location, and tap the notification to check in. At the end of their shift, they scan again to check out and submit a brief task description. The entire process takes under 60 seconds per day.

AI Reports & Analytics

How does the AI daily report work?

After employees submit their work descriptions, AgiloBee's AI (powered by Claude) reads all the entries for that day and generates a structured summary: hours worked per employee, tasks accomplished, productivity patterns, and anything unusual. Reports are ready by the next morning and available in the Reports section.

Can I export data for payroll?

Yes. Go to Reports in your admin dashboard and use the filters to select the date range, employees, and locations you need. Click "Export CSV" to download a spreadsheet-ready file with all time entries, ready for payroll processing or client invoicing.
