Cookie Policy for AgiloBee

Cookies and storage we use to run the Service

These are needed to provide the Service you ask for or to remember your choices. They do not track you across other sites.

• connect.sid (cookie): keeps you logged in. It is set when you log in or use a sign-up flow, and lasts 24 hours from your last activity.
• ab_consent (cookie and local storage): remembers your answer in the cookie banner, for 12 months.
• i18nextLng (local storage): remembers the language you chose.
• pwa-banner-dismissed (local storage): remembers that you closed the "install the app" banner.

Analytics and campaign cookies

Analytics and campaign tracking are off by default.

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use AgiloBee and to measure our marketing.

Only after you click Accept in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics and set its cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, which Google sets for up to 2 years) and store our own attribution cookies (ab_first_touch and ab_last_touch, plus a copy in your browser's local storage) for 90 days.

If you click Reject or do not answer, none of these are loaded or stored.

Until you choose, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source) are kept only in your browser's memory for that page and are discarded when you leave it.

• _ga and _ga_<ID> (cookies, Google Analytics 4): identify your browser pseudonymously so that Google Analytics can count visits and events.
• ab_first_touch and ab_last_touch (cookies, with a copy in local storage): hold the campaign parameters of your first visit and of your latest campaign visit, the page you landed on and the site that referred you.

Google processes this data under its own data processing terms, which rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months; values copied to your company record are kept while your account exists, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choice

Your decision is stored in the ab_consent cookie for 12 months.

You can change or withdraw it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.

Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and deletes our attribution cookies and their local-storage copies, as well as the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) for this site; it does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.

You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Other companies' cookies

When you pay through Stripe Checkout or sign in with Google, you are taken to a page run by Stripe or Google. They set their own cookies on their own pages, under their own policies.

Service providers we use

We use the providers below to run AgiloBee. Please see each provider's own privacy and cookie policy for how it handles data.

• Stripe (payments): When you subscribe or buy a gift, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout, a payment page run by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details, and we do not receive your full card number. Stripe may set its own cookies on its pages.
• Google sign-in: If you choose Sign in with Google, you are redirected to Google to log in. Google then shares your name and email address with us.
• Resend (email): We send emails such as password resets, gift codes and replies to the contact form through Resend. Resend processes the recipient's email address and the content of the message in order to deliver it.
• Supabase (file storage): Files attached to planning tasks are stored with Supabase. When you open an attachment, you are sent to a short-lived link on Supabase's servers.
• Railway (hosting): AgiloBee runs on servers provided by Railway, which processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site.
